Tove Jensen, classic adult film star or child victim? U.S. Department of Justice claims she is underage in her loop “Teenage Tricks”. They say it under oath. They convict. It calls into question all of Tove’s performances. Yet her catalog of images can be found everywhere, including the Library of Congress. So what’s the trewthe?
Tove (aka Tiny Tove), is the commercial name of a popular vintage adult performer who starred for European producers and distributors in the late 70’s, most notably the Danish Color Climax Corporation (CC).
There is an element of myth to Tove’s career, past and present, but a general consensus exists regarding her performances, which include the loop “Teenage Tricks” (NSFW). Supposedly a photo set entitled, “A Hole New Experience” was culled from the filming.
That loop was taken into U.S. federal court, marked as government exhibit 17-A in a child porn trial, and testimony elicited that Tove was underage. After conviction, the defendant informed the prosecutor, and the court, that Tove was one of the females alleged, and that she was over 18 in the footage. The prosecutor’s response was dismissive, and concluded with:
…and factually, you were and remain properly convicted.
One may assume the prosecutor’s response to the court was similar.
But CC has copyrighted all their material, including Tove’s ”Teenage Tricks” with the Library of Congress. These measures were taken in response to piracy, the most prolific of whom was sued in Digital Graphic Systems, et al. v Bile. The suit created much discussion in the newsgroups which were trading Tove material.
Bile defaulted, and his domain was awarded to CC which continues to use it as a warning to potential infringers.
The CC website, on-line since 1997, is administered out of Florida and hosted in New Jersey, subjecting it to U. S. law. The site states all models are over the age of 18, with proof on file, consistent with 2257 regulations. There are also unconfirmed reports that CC was dragged into Euro courts within the last decade and forced to verify the ages of their models.
And for a short time, someone claiming to be Tove had a blog on Google’s Blogspot. The blog was little more than advertisement for what was claimed to be her “official” website, tovejensen.com, which is owned by a chap well known in England, Guy Wingate. Wingate’s site is a teaser, directing one thru text and links to the CC site, for images of Tove.

Meanwhile, CC has licensed the DVD film rights to the German Musketier Media which has released three with Tove, which are available in the states.
All this begs the question. Are the feds knowingly allowing child porn to be disseminated worldwide? Is the Library of Congress registering images of child porn for copyright protection? Is CC conspiring with the feds to entrap unwary consumers into downloading child porn onto their computers?
Or was Tove factually over 18 in “Teenage Tricks” thus presenting another example of why the U.S. should clean their own house before exporting “the rule of law” to other nations. What is the trewthe?

This is a bad joke ! Tiny Tove is one of the few teenage porn stars from CCC,
who started after her 18st birthday. This was already examined – if I am informed
correctly – before a british court. But CCC had to prove the age of the models
before. It is also important to add, that we never had a 18 age limit for porn in Europe, but most states had a 16-year age limit, or even a 15-year age limit, like
Denmark. Only in the last 5-7 years european countries were forced to change this, because “Uncle Sam” put enormous pressure on the liberal countries like Denmark or the Netherlands, to raise the age to 18. The EU adapted the Sec.18 2257 word for word. Tiny Toves film career is very well protocolled, but not all
careers of other teen stars, who sometimes started with 15 or 16, but ended their careers with 20 or later. Tiny Tove isnt a problem, but other short movies -
these were the 8mm loops – can. Its possible, that one model is 17 in one of the
DVDs. But in my opinion the whole 2257 and 18 minimum age is idiotic.
I am totally against child porn, but if you can have sex with 16, then why should
it be “childporn”, if you do this before a camera ? The minimum age should be
15 or 16, but not 18. With these law, millions of normal customers in Europe are criminalized. Because especially the 16/17 porn movies were widely distributed
until 2003. This is a total different situation as you have it in the USA.

Could be for marketing purposes in response to the DVD releases of her catalog. But they still promote Tove on their website, and Wingate’s site continues to link to them for images of Tove. And their attorneys continue to send cease and desist letters to website adminstrators that have copyrighted images of Tove on their site.

I totally agree with Caroline opinion, the legislation in europe has always been different hence this material produced in the 70s and 80s should be legal worldwide and can’t understand all this fuzz about this particular girl when there are more serious and REAL child molester / pedophiles around!
The feds should investigate on abusing of girls aged less than 16 and to child traffic all around the world, that is THE real problem!!
In any case girls aftar 16 are perfectly able to decide whether they want to have sex or not and anything and if they are consenting feds should not persecute whoever has sex with them!
And about this case i seen all the videos of tiny tove and she really doesnt look preteen at all!
she must have been 18 in all the videos and remember that some girls at age of 18 DO LOOK LIKE YOUNGER even if they arent! so a judging a girl of that age is VERY difficult.
The real question is ? how possibly the feds couldnt find THE person in question and ask her personally? is it that hard to investigate about the real name, birthdate, and to locate this person now? She would be able to answer all the questions i’d say. And if she has passed away the date of birth and of production of the material should answer this nonesense once and for all.
